There are 4 sizes and price points available (shipping is charged extra):

Ordering an Insight Portrait for yourself or to mark a special occasion is as easy as 1-2-3

Step 1 Fill in the attached pdf order form with the following information: Insight Portrait Order Form

( OR here is the same form in Word  Insight Portrait Order Form)

1. The name of the person receiving the Insight Portrait
2. The occasion and focus of this painting
3. The size and pricing
4. The “due by” date if there is a special event

Step 2 Email above order form to sandymcmullen@sympatico.ca and decide on ‘Discovery” process from list below

1. A pdf questionnaire which will be sent and returned by email
   
2. A pdf questionnaire sent to several people for input
3. Discovery process live by phone or Skype
4. Discovery process live as above for several (additional charge for interviewing more than 2 people)
5. In person interview in Toronto
6. Customized process

Note: Payment made by PayPal upon placing of order – instructions for payment in separate email

Step 3 For larger projects – Check in for approval can be arranged in various stages along the way
